INDIAN VALUE ENGINEERING SOCIETY (INVEST)
Indian Value Engineering Society (INVEST) has been a pioneering force since its establishment in 1977 in advancement of Value Engineering (VE) in India. Dedicated to the Promotion, Advocacy, Certification, and Education of VE, INVEST is the sole authorized institution in India for offering comprehensive certification courses in VE. Our programs cater to students, trainers, and practitioners, aligning the curriculum with the Indian context and ensuring a holistic learning experience, encompassing lectures, assignments, and hands-on project work. INVEST hosted the prestigious 40th International Value Engineering Conference in association with the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT) University, Bhubaneshwar, India with the theme “AI and the Future of VE”.
The annual event held by INVEST is the only of its kind in India and has global participation from the government, industry and academia. The conference sparked a dynamic exchange of ideas on how AI can be integrated with VE practices. This fusion holds immense promise for unlocking new levels of efficiency, productivity, and problem-solving across diverse sectors.

Three Best Papers
Three Best Papers awards will be presented for the best papers in both the technical and non-technical categories. These include cash prizes, certificates and reimbursement to to participate in various international conferences, including SAVE Value Summit.

Soundaram Kannapan Medal, a prestigious award is given to a member who has delivered the highest number of lectures or sessions (at least 6) on VE in a public forum during the previous financial year.

Prestigious Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Deemed to be University, our esteemed partner in conference, organised a unique program showcasing tribal culture and folklore at KIIT. It was replete with mesmerizing performances, opening a window in the world of tribal communities, a total of 64, highest of any other state with tribal population in India.
